Josh was great to work with! He tore out our old deck and put in a paver patio with an outdoor kitchen. It turned out so beautiful! What we really appreciated was how easy it was to get in touch with him during the project and his constant communication. We plan on using his company again for our future projects.

They did a great job repairing my ceiling after damage was done from water leaking from the upstairs neighbor. I would definitely call them again.

The work that he and his team did on our floors was phenomenal, and the care that they took to keep our house clean with such a dirty project was impressive. We knew that we had problems with the floor, and the repair work was going to be an additional cost. The repairs that needed to be done were substantial, but the additional costs were very reasonable and the project was still able to be done in a timely fashion. Another important component was the great communication that he had with us throughout the project. That is something that we really appreciated. Highly recommended! Joshua and crew recently completed a challenging bathroom renovation, and also installed flooring and renovated a stairway and railing in my old house. My experience with Josh could not have been better. I had a few things I needed repaired/replaced: bilco door steps, a basement window, and my front door kick plate. I reached out to Josh based on prior work and he was quick to come out and give an estimate. Once I was ready for the work to start, he was out within a few days. Joshua L. is an amazing contractor. I’ve seen him working hard at what he does best for years. His work is better quality than most and he takes pride in every job he gets done. Not only is he a professional in this field it runs in his blood. His father Ed is also an amazing contractor so you can only imagine when Josh started working.
